					<description><![CDATA[On November 21, 2000, unidentified human remains were discovered in a canal at the 18000 block of State Road 7, approximately one mile north of Clint Moore Road, in Boca Raton, Florida. The individual is believed to be a Hispanic male between 21 and 35 years of age, approximately 5’4” tall and weighing about 113 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing black “Attrak” jeans, a tan long-sleeve work-style shirt, white tube socks with gray and black stripes at the top, and black and white Nike Air shoes.]]></description>
